Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lemayra pieces as much as we do.

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please carefully read the return instructions below before proceeding.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Request

Before sending your return, a return request must first be submitted by email.
Please also download, complete, and include the return form inside your return package.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, including the original box.

Please ensure that:

The original tags/cards remain attached to the abaya
Any included matching hijab/scarf or belt is also returned
The item is unworn, unused, and free from any damage

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Returns showing any of the following will not be accepted:

Stains
Make-up marks
Perfume or smoke scents
Signs of wear
Damage or alterations

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.

Important Information

Customers are responsible for their return shipment until it safely arrives at our warehouse.
If a package is redirected to a service point or delivery attempt fails, the customer remains responsible for ensuring successful delivery.
